PropertyPoint app for iPhone and iPad

A very simple application that helps to save the latitude and longitude of the property you own with additional information and photo.

We buy various properties (Land/Plots, Apartments, Villas, Guest house…) and get registered in our names through government registration offices. The registration documents have written details of what were in four sides of the property and other legel requirements.

Additional information that will greatly help to identify the location of properties are:
A "mark up" on a map with latitude and longitude details
Few photographs

This information will help yourself or your successors to identify the location of the property even after several years.

" PropertyPoint " is an application that will help you to document these additional information and save it personally as PDF file. (Which later you can preserve along with the original registration documents)

* Manually by entering the latitude and longitude of the property location from any other GPS device.

* Save information about the property like name of the registration office, who else knows about the purchase of this property, date of purchase, area purchased etc.

* Application is password protected. All these information are saved in your iPhone/iPad with this password protection
